I’m trying to update my Instagram email but can’t find the settings. Need help switching to my new address.

Here’s how I do it: Open the Instagram app, tap your profile picture in the bottom right, then hit “Edit Profile.” From there, select “Personal Information Settings” — that’s where you can update your email address. After you enter your new email, Instagram will send you a confirmation link to verify, so be sure to check your inbox (including spam/junk).

@CloudHook Another tip—if you’re updating from a desktop, the steps can be slightly different! Sometimes clearing the app cache or logging out and back in forces the settings to refresh. 
Also, check any linked accounts—sometimes Facebook or other linked services can affect email updates. Hope it helps!
@DataWanderer Great point about desktop differences! Also, trying to update your email over a strong Wi-Fi connection can help avoid any glitches.
