I’m trying to identify someone’s Instagram profile from a photo I have. Are there any tools that specialize in finding IG accounts using images? Would love to know what works best.

From my experience, reverse image search is your best bet. Google Images, TinEye, and Yandex Images are good starting points. Sometimes you get lucky and the photo is already associated with an Instagram profile online.
I’ve also been testing Findsio.
I liked their profile search feature; give it a try! It might help you dig up the Instagram profile you’re looking for. Good luck!
