Technical Components
The Technical family of components contains components that could just have easily been placed with the Miscellaneous Components - all of the components that don't quite fit in another category.
Can't find this Component in the Palette?
In some versions of Talend, the Technical Components are hidden from the Component Palette. It is unclear if this is a bug or by design. If you cannot see the Technical Components then follow these instructions.
From the Talend Designer menus, select File->Edit project properties. From Project Settings, select Designer->Palette Settings. This screen allows you to Hide or Show individual components or groups of components. Make the changes you require.
